Gift Shop Volunteer We are asked how people can help us with the invaluable work we do here at North Island Wildlife Center.  One way is to attend one of our events which are always fun and informative.  We have two six month old bear cubs (Victoria and Elizabeth), who will cost thousands to raise before we can release them – their Mom's were killed.  We have many other animals that come to our center for help and thanks to your support we heal and release many of them.

THE ALWAYS POPULAR BARDO WILL GIVE LIVE OWL PRESENTATIONS EVERY WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY AND FRIDAY AT 1.30 PM RIGHT HERE AT THE CENTER THE MONTHS OF JULY AND AUGUST ONLY!

If you have never seen a live owl presentation before you are in for a special treat. The presentation is included in the admission price of $5.25 for adults and $3.15 for children. What does an owl eat? How does he get his food? So many questions - come find out the answers at NIWRA.
